THE PROJECT
Establish leadership circles to bring together courageous, connected individuals who have sincere interest in learning and are ready to advocate and influence to pursue doing development differently for the benefit of the community at large.

THE PROBLEM

Globally, individuals are drawn to the financial bottom-line at the expense of the well-being of people, community, environment and the planet.

With the digital revolution and global connectivity, the pace of doing business has kept everyone running with little or no time for reflection and self-growth.

Coupled with these two realities, African development has a several additional challenges rooted in the reality that a majority of the work is donor funded given the low level of national funding.​
